Care Coordinator Manager & Administrator - £16k to £20k per annum
We are looking for an experienced Domiciliary Coordinator, or Field Care Supervisor who is looking to progress their career with this exciting opportunity. We area a quality focused national care provider and we are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable candidate who is looking for more of an office based role to work as part of a friendly team. Your role will be to advertise, interview and recruit carers, you will need experience of staff recruitment, staff supervisions, and managing care staff. Experience of planning weekly care staff rotas, and making changes as necessary and communicating with senior staff, carers, families, care managers and external agencies is also necessary for this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a well organised, cheerful person who is able to prioritise an ever changing workload; the work is very varied, challenging and rewarding.
You will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, have a friendly, enthusiastic, positive and motivated approach and be passionate about high quality care.
You will need to be a car owner/driver, have good local knowledge and have already achieved your NVQ 3 or equivalent. Good knowledge of the CQC regs and standards is required for this senior position. You will an excellent salary and benefits, receive full training and have ongoing support.
