Our client, a Japanese automotive company, is looking for a diverse support to join their office in Aalsmeer. You will be reporting directly to the Finance & HR Manager and be a point of contact for your colleagues for administrative and personnel related matters.

Main responsibilities:

G&A / General office coordination [50%]

Dealing with visitors and incoming mail;

Answering incoming telephone calls;

Maintaining the office and ordering office supplies and equipment;

Monitoring premises;

Maintaining dealer contracts;

Checking invoices related to the function.

Human Resources assistance [30%]

Front office support;

Maintaining staff regulations;

Registration of sick leaves;

Assistance various HR activities.

Legal assistance [20%]

Compliance;

Legal / general support;

Preparation of employment contracts;

Support w.r.t. dealers'/customers' complaints.

Main requirements:

Excellent Dutch and English language skills, Japanese would be an advantage;

At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative function;

Highly organized, able to handle various duties;

International experience and cultural awareness;

Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
